ooh, i like the dx7 epiano in this song! using it in this context sounds really cool. the appoggiaturas in the melodies are really pretty too

very chill! i like the lead and the music box melody. structurally, i think this song could have had a section where the drums stopped playing and the melodic elements really shine. but, the song's composition is still great!
it'll be cool to see where this project goes
actually cool flow, i like the chiptune-ish bass
thanks
i really like it! this definitely has that 2000s ng audio portal feeling. the melodies and harmonies are really good and catchy. my only criticism is that the mixing is a bit flat, but i imagine if you sidechained everything to your drums and added some compression it should be better
thank u!! im still a bit rusty on mixing soo i appreciate the tips :)
i do feel like the basses (and generally all of the sounds) could have been glued together a bit more somehow, perhaps by removing the rests in between them or eqing them consistently? some of them sound a bit like presets. also, the snare is very distorted and has a lot of unnecessary low end. and maybe that 2-step drum pattern in the second drop was a little uncalled for? but this is still good :)
Agreed. Thank you.
...and what great samples they are! you really nailed that oldskool sound
THANKS SO MUCH!! :D
a little slow for dnb (and the bomberman ost by extension) but i can definitely feel the mood otherwise! it's very relaxing to listen to :)
bucephalus bouncing ball moment
quirky, swingy tune! i like it! the bitcrushing sounds great, and i particularly love the chords!
ooh, love me some microtonality!
the synth sounds good, but maybe a little plain? some effects would have sounded good. you should really extend this, it's a great idea!
